The Trihealth Cancer Institute at Good Samaritan Hospital is a

new, state-of-the-art infusion center. The 10,765sf renovation cost

$2,000,000 and created a prototype to be incorporated at all

of Tirhealth’s Cancer centers. The prototype is uniquely

designed to meet patient needs that have not been seen before.

The center incorporates 4 private infusion rooms, 4 “carousels”

that each contain 4 treatment bays and an open infusion area

to address the privacy needs of all patients.

The new center was designed with a single purpose in mind:

creating an environment of healing. It incorporates large windows

with high ceilings allowing for an open light filled space, while at

the same time, offering privacy for both patients and family members.
